Can you just go around and taking selfies with strangers on the street?

This guy proves that it is possible, it seems that many people are comfortable with that, but I feel might not feel the same. You can't do this for fun, but you need to pay in mind that some people don't like it..
It is crazy how there are so many people who allow a complete stranger to have a selfie with them.
