Can you believe it? This big house in a Japanese town close on a US$6000 which is equivalent to about 150 million dong, it is so cheap, anyone can afford this house. And I heard there are many houses in Japan which are even cheaper than this many houses in vibrant towns my cost only a two or $3000. This makes me wonder why these houses are so cheap., and the answer is because of population decline in Japan, since many Japanese people don't want to have children Japanese population has been declining for many years, while as many people get older and older and when they die, there is no one to inherit their properties. Many young people just live the old town to go to big cities like Tokyo or Osaka.

Do you want house spices in Vietnam to be this cheap? I bet you do house price in Vietnam is too expensive for most people already., you work for one month and you earn six or $7 million but one square metre of land might cost you 100 million, this is not right, how can someone afford to buy a house in this area? This is not how it should be. People need to have a place to stay so they can have a sense of stability if you know you have to work for your whole life and still not be able to buy your own place then no wonder none of you guys have enough motivation to work, in fact many of you have decided to live flat meaning just work to survive and don't care about anything else no family no children, a completely passive lifestyle, and a passive society will lead to decline economically. This will happen and I am certain of it

I believe a certificate or a qualification does not prove how capable you are, a certificate or a qualification is just something you acquire for the purpose of doing another step in in your career path. Someone with an ielts score of six doesn't mean that person speaks English worse than a person with a score of seven. If you really understand English, you know even native English speakers cannot score eight or nine in an ielts test., but I have known many non-native speakers achieve that kind of score.
Don't worry too much about qualification , the real knowledge is not what you can't study in a class.
A teacher can teach you how to do maths, but to really understand maths you need to learn it by yourself.
The same goes for every subject, it doesn't matter if it is English or sport or finance. No one can teach you anything. You have to learn it by yourself.. and when you learn it by yourself, there was no one to give you a certificate or a qualification. But when you will do it, you know you are capable..
